  12/19/2011 – COSO has released, for public comment, an updated Internal Control – Integrated Framework (Framework) intended to help organizations improve performance with greater agility, confidence and clarity.
  
  
• COSO Releases Four Reports Related to Enterprise Risk Management
  COSO issued four reports related to the current state of enterprise risk management. All four documents can be downloaded for free from COSO’s website.
  
  
• COSO Launches Online Survey to Gain Input for Update to Internal Control - Integrated Framework
  01/04/2011 – COSO has undertaken a project to update the Framework initially published in 1992. The survey will remain open until January 31, 2011.
